Refund Policy
1. General Rule
- Once registration and payment are confirmed, fee is non-refundable, except under certain conditions.
2. Refundable Circumstances
- Duplicate payment.
- If the exam is cancelled/postponed by the Organizer and cannot be rescheduled.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
4. Refund Methods
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For bank transfers, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Partial Refunds
- In some cases, only partial refunds are granted for services that have been partially used or accessed.
6. No Refund Scenarios
- After deadline.
- After exam has taken place.
- If certificate issued or results published.
7. Cancellation by Organizer
- If organizer cancels or changes format, students will be notified.
